- IMPUESTOS FEDERALES O ESTATALES, UNA VEZ PRESENTADOS – Federal or state income tax forms, already filed
- CERTIFICADOS MATRIMONIO – Marriage Certificate
- LICENCIAS PROFESIONALES EMITIDAS POR ESTADO FLORIDA – Professional licenses issued by the State of Florida
- RECORDS PUBLICOS – Public records maintained in government offices
- NOTAS ESTUDIANTILES ESCUELAS PUBLICAS – Student records (transcripts, etc.) kept in public education offices
